Refund policy

HY-FORM products are consumable goods. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind purchases or opened products.

However, we will always comply with the Australian Consumer Law. If your product arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us at nick@hyform.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion.

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle through your account portal or by contacting us directly.
